Philadelphia PA. Oscar is a graduate of Central High School and furthered his education, graduating from Community College and Eastern University. He has been a Registered Nurse for 25 years. Presently, he is an Emergency Department nurse at Temple University Hospital. He believes nursing is a vocation. Oscar is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. Oscar serves as a Deacon at Holy Cross Baptist Church pastored by Dr. Vincent E. Stokes, Sr.

Concerning ministry work Oscar’s thoughts are:
“I believe that ministry work is wherever I am. We are all here for a divine purpose; to spread the word of God, to care for those who can’t care for themselves and for those who can- help them get farther down the road.”
